My little E likes to practice with a bucket of letters, the ones that are magnetic, but he only does it on his own term, when he wants.
No advice, but I feel your pain. My almost 2 year old may pass her almost 5 year old sister in letters and numbers even though her diction is horrible. (The older one was speaking full sentences understandable by strangers by 18 months old but has little interest in reading/writing...my husband probably had/has mild ADD and dyslexia and we think our oldest does too)
Not sure how for/against you are with screentime learning... But there are some fun videos on YouTube. Maybe some Leapfrog ones?

I honestly just left mine to learn at prek. He would get frustrated and then so would I. He did great at school and I reinforced as we went along.
Jack Hartmann on YouTube. My kids love this guy. I thought he was too old-school and kind of cheesy, but my 6 and 4 year old LOVE his videos and my 8 year sings and dances along even though he pretends he's too old for it. He also has letter sounds, counting, skip counting and tons more.

Old school Sesame Street Alphabet Jungle Game video has been helping my 18 month granddaughter recognize a few letters and it helped my twins now 23. Also my daughter wears a shirt and it says Mama and she always points to the letters and can identify them. I think a lot of repetition helps too 🙂

One of my girls was the same way. She is my only kids that I sent to preschool because of it. She still only knew about 1/4-1/3 of the letters when she entered kindergarten. It all of a sudden clicked and she got it. Now (she's in 6th grade) I can't get her to put her books down. Just keep trying-it takes repetition and lots of it. You're doing great and she's smart and will figure it out.
